Meet Your New 2012 Advisors Deb Herman I want to thank you for your vote of confidence in myself and Jill as the 2012
OMIQHYA advisor's. I am so very excited to be working with Jill to help build on making OMI not only a fun organization for
the kids to compete in, but also a learning tool for them to use in the future. I live just outside of Elmore with my husband,
Chuck of 32 years and our son Riley. We have always been a horse crazy family. I showed in 4-H as a youth and showed in AQHA
in the 90's. Once Riley was born we had him on a horse at the age of 11 months and have enjoyed watching him show in 4-H,
open shows, and now in the AQHA arena. I was a leader of a horse 4-H club in Wood County for six years and also on the Wood
County CHAPS committee. My goal is to help the youth work together as a team, having fun doing it and also learning along
the way. *************************
Jill Earl
I too want to thank you for your vote of confidence in Deb and I. I am equally as excited
about working with all of you and making everyone’s experience with OMI both positive and memorable. I am a Director on the Seneca County Fair Board and Executive Committee,
also serving as the Superintendent over all things horse related, advisor for the Seneca Saddle Straddlers 4H Club and Liaison
for the Horse Advisory Committee. I have been married for 10 years to my husband Kevin and have two daughters
MaKayla 12 and Madison 8. My husband and I bring with us 25+ years of riding and showing experience. Kevin and the girls show
on a regular basis on the weekends and I have settled into my role as “Show Mom” aka Nervous Nelly!
I live in the Tiffin area and along with my responsibilities I am the Office Manager for Student Affairs at Tiffin
University where I am also in my senior year of completing my degrees in Management, Marketing with a Concentration in Equine
