while we Celebrate our Members Accomplishments, Crown the 2010 OMIQHA Queen and Name the 2010 Officers. Remember No Meeting the 2nd Monday in February
Welcoming Presents for the incoming Queen are encouraged. We will again be raising money for the coming year with a silent auction. Anyone wishing to donate an
item to auction can contact Beth Becker bbecker7171@yahoo.com. Remember...Bid Often and Bid High!!
If you are
unable to attend the Banquet, please contact Beth Becker bbecker7171@yahoo.com prior to the Banquet to arrange for pick up of your awards. All Awards not picked
up will be auctioned at the end of the banquet.
ATTENTION MEMBERS: Changes have been proposed to our Youth Rules. These rules were read, corrections/changes were
made and the 2nd reading was accepted at the December 14th meeting. There will be one (1) additionl reading
of these proposed rule changes at the next meeting. All changes will be voted on at the January meeting. All
members, particularly those whose children are running for 2010 NYATT Congress Youth Team, should attend at least one
(1) meeting where the rules are read and attend the voting.
ATTENTION OFFICERS & DIRECTORS: We will be holding a special Mandatory Executive Meeting to review the current Bylaws to evaluate and
consider possible changes/ corrections to be proposed to the General Membership. This meeting will be held prior
to the Monday, January 11, 2010 meeting at 6:30pm. A copy of the current By-Laws will
be sent to you by January 4th via email from Lisa Busch and/or Olga Kipp. Any Director who has not met thier 2009 attendance
requirements will not receive an email and will not be invited to the meeting. Any Executive or Director who is unable to
attend must contact President Cindy Morehead or Vice President Lisa Busch prior to the meeting. Our next Meeting is January 11th,
2009 at 7:30pm at the University of Findlay's Western Equestrian Campus. Please feel free to join us as
we continue to review our rules and discuss plans for next year.

The Ohio-Michigan-Indiana Quarter Horse Association (OMI) is a non-profit corporation organized in the state
of Ohio to provide a vehicle for quarter horse owners to share ideas and suggestions for quarter horse related issues, through
education and various functions.
OMIQHA provides
Year End Award, Queen and Youth NYATT Team opportunities to thier members as well as the opportunity to connect with other
equine professionals and enthusists in a casual setting. We welcome anyone interested in a small and friendly association
with a small circuit of point shows to come and join us!!

Findlay Western Campus From I-75 North or South, Exit 156 Columbus/Kenton (SR 15 and
US 68). Follow approx. 2.5 miles to the US 68- Kenton exit. Turn right at the stop sign. Proceed for approximately
2.5 miles south on US 68 to County Road 40. Turn west onto County Road 40. The farm is located at the first driveway on the
left. We meet in the Building E Large Classroom.

every month (except Feb. & Oct.) at Findlay's Western Equestrian College at 7:30 P.M. Please feel free to join us
if you are interested in joining our Association.
